We work towards empowering underprivileged communities through education, healthcare, and livelihood initiatives. 2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting this website, submitting a donation, filling out a form, or otherwise engaging with our digital platforms, you confirm that:

  • Capacity-building, training, and institutional development

Swaranant Foundation maintains full transparency in fund utilisation. Annual reports and audited financial statements are made available on our website.

4.3 Refund Policy

Donations once made are generally non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated towards our charitable activities. However, in exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered:

  • Technical errors resulting in duplicate transactions
  • Unauthorised or fraudulent transactions (subject to verification)
  • Incorrect donation amounts due to a documented technical malfunction

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction by contacting us at swaranantfoundation@gmail.com with the transaction ID, date, and amount. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Swaranant Foundation and will be communicated within 15 working days.

4.4 Tax Benefits

Donations to Swaranant Foundation may be eligible for tax deductions under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to applicable limits and conditions. Tax receipts will be issued via email upon receipt of your donation. It is the donor's responsibility to verify the applicability of tax benefits with their tax advisor.

5. Intellectual Property

Swaranant Foundation is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all children and vulnerable individuals we work with. All volunteers, staff, and representatives of the Foundation are required to:

  • Treat all children with dignity, respect, and professionalism at all times
  • Not engage in any form of physical, emotional, or verbal abuse or exploitation
  • Maintain appropriate professional boundaries in all interactions with children and their families
  • Immediately report any suspected or actual harm to a child to the designated safeguarding officer

Any violation of our safeguarding principles will result in immediate disengagement and, where appropriate, referral to competent legal authorities.

8. Anti-Fraud Statement

Swaranant Foundation collects donations exclusively through official and verified channels. Please note:

  • We never solicit donations through personal bank accounts, informal payment apps (other than those formally listed on our website), or unverified individuals.
