Inside the Foundation
Our Departments
Swaranant Foundation runs on the energy and dedication of its specialized teams. Each department plays a distinct role in our ecosystem. From teaching children on the ground to amplifying our stories online. Explore what each team does and find where you belong.

Learning that sticks.
Teaching & Interaction
Responsible for ensuring effective learning, structured teaching, and meaningful engagement of all children.
- Assessment & Grouping: Conduct placement tests and observe each child's learning level. Assign them to appropriate learning groups for each subject as per the foundation's curriculum structure.
- Curriculum-Based Teaching: Teach exactly according to the curriculum provided—without modifying topics—ensuring consistency and equal learning opportunities across all batches.
- Early Learner Engagement: Handle children not yet ready for structured learning by conducting fun, interactive sessions including foundational activities, motor-skill tasks, and playful learning exercises.

Our story, told powerfully.
